Flights are weather-dependent and can be delayed or rescheduled for safety.
Not recommended for anyone with heart conditions or during pregnancy.
Carry warm layers — the take-off point is notably colder than the valley floor.

October-November and March-June are considered the best flying windows.
Longer cross-country flights (30-45 min) cost more and depend on favourable thermals.
