Safety measures
All instructors are certified (PADI/SSI) and dives are capped at safe beginner depths (usually 5-8 metres).
A basic medical questionnaire is mandatory before diving — certain conditions (heart issues, epilepsy, recent surgery, severe asthma) rule it out.
No flying or high-altitude travel for at least 18-24 hours after diving.
Boats carry first-aid and oxygen kits as standard on dive trips.
Good to know
Sea conditions can cancel or postpone a trip — operators reschedule rather than refund in most cases.
Avoid alcohol the night before and the morning of your dive.
