A Journey Designed for Unforgettable Memories
Day 1: Leh: Arrival & Sightseeing
Arrive in Leh and transfer to your hotel for rest and acclimatisation. The first day is kept relaxed to help your body adjust to the altitude. In the evening, visit Shanti Stupa for panoramic views, followed by Leh Palace. Stroll through the local bazaar to get a gentle introduction to Ladakhi life. Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 2: Leh – Sham Valley Excursion
After breakfast, drive toward the scenic Sham Valley region. Visit the Hall of Fame Museum, followed by Gurudwara Pathar Sahib. Continue to Magnetic Hill and the beautiful Indus Zanskar Sangam, where two rivers meet in striking colours. Return to Leh by evening. Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 3: Leh – Pangong Lake (via Chang La Pass)
Begin your scenic drive toward Pangong Lake, crossing the high altitude Chang La Pass. As you arrive, witness the lake shifting through shades of blue and turquoise against a backdrop of rugged mountains. Spend the evening walking along the lakeshore and enjoying the quiet beauty of this surreal landscape. Overnight stay near Pangong Lake.
Day 4: Pangong Lake – Hanle (via Chushul & Rezang La)
After breakfast, continue your journey through remote and less travelled routes passing through Chushul and the historic Rezang La region. Reach the peaceful village of Hanle, known for its wide open skies and minimal light pollution. If weather permits, enjoy an unforgettable night of stargazing. Overnight stay in Hanle.
Day 5: Hanle – Tso Moriri (via Nyoma & Mahe Bridge)
Start your day early and drive through wide mountain plateaus toward Tso Moriri Lake. Pass through the quiet villages of Nyoma and cross the Mahe Bridge. Arrive at Tso Moriri, a pristine high altitude lake surrounded by rolling hills and nomadic settlements. Spend the evening soaking in the silence and untouched beauty of the region. Overnight stay near Tso Moriri.
Day 6: Tso Moriri – Tso Kar – Leh
After breakfast, depart for Leh while visiting Tso Kar Lake, a saltwater lake known for its stark beauty and migratory birds. Continue your journey through open plains and scenic mountain roads before reaching Leh by evening. Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 7: Leh – Monasteries & Local Sightseeing
Spend the day exploring Ladakh’s spiritual heritage. Visit Thiksey Monastery, Shey Palace, and Hemis Monastery, each offering peaceful surroundings and impressive views. Enjoy a relaxed final evening in Leh. Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 8: Leh: Departure
