A Journey Designed for Unforgettable Memories
Day 1: Delhi - Haridwar
Arrive in Delhi and drive to Haridwar, one of the most sacred gateway cities of the Himalayas. After check in, enjoy a peaceful walk along the ghats or attend the evening Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Overnight stay in Haridwar.
Day 2: Haridwar – Joshimath
After breakfast, begin your journey toward Srinagar. En route, stop at Rishikesh to visit its riverbanks and ashrams. Continue to Devprayag, where the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers merge to form the Ganga. Reach Srinagar by evening. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 3: Joshimath – Yogadhyan Badri – Joshimath
After breakfast, drive toward Adi Badri, a group of ancient Vishnu temples believed to date back to the Gupta era. Surrounded by hills and silence, this sacred site marks the first Badri of the circuit. Continue onward to Karnaprayag, another holy river confluence. Overnight stay in Karnaprayag.
Day 4: Joshimath – Bhavishya Badri – Joshimath
After breakfast, drive to Joshimath. En route, visit Yogdhyan Badri, located in the quiet village of Pandukeshwar. This temple is associated with meditation by the Pandavas and offers a peaceful spiritual atmosphere. Return to Joshimath by evening. Overnight stay in Joshimath.
Day 5: Joshimath – Vriddha Badri – Pipalkoti
Begin your day with a visit to Vishnuprayag, the sacred meeting point of the Dhauliganga and Alaknanda rivers. Visit the small Vishnu temple at the confluence and spend time absorbing the calm surroundings. The rest of the day is free for rest or local exploration in Joshimath. Overnight stay in Joshimath.
Day 6: Pipalkoti – Badrinath
After breakfast, drive toward the Saldhar region and begin a gentle walk to Bhavishya Badri, surrounded by dense forests and untouched mountain paths. According to legend, this shrine will become the future seat of Lord Vishnu. Return to Joshimath by evening. Overnight stay in Joshimath.
Day 7: Badrinath – Mana Village – Badrinath
After breakfast, proceed toward Badrinath, the most revered shrine of the Panch Badri circuit. On arrival, take a holy dip in Tapt Kund and attend the evening aarti at Badrinath Temple. Overnight stay in Badrinath.
Day 8: Badrinath – Adi Badri – Rudraprayag
Begin your morning with darshan at Badrinath Temple. Later, visit Mana Village, the last Indian village near the border. Explore Vyas Gufa and Bhim Pul before returning to Joshimath by evening. Overnight stay in Joshimath.
Day 9: Rudraprayag – Rishikesh
After breakfast, drive toward Rudraprayag, located at the confluence of the Mandakini and Alaknanda rivers. Spend time in the serene surroundings or visit local temples. Overnight stay in Rudraprayag.
Day 10: Rishikesh: Local Sightseeing
Continue your journey to Rishikesh, a spiritual town known for yoga, meditation, and riverfront serenity. In the evening, attend the Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.
Day 11: Rishikesh: Departure
After breakfast, begin your return drive to Delhi. Carry home the blessings of all five Badri temples along with memories of sacred rivers, silent valleys, and a spiritually fulfilling journey through the heart of Uttarakhand.
